Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Denver Beacon meeting scheduling tool. By booking a meeting you agree to them.
What this tool is
The tool helps you schedule a conversation with a pastor, elder or women deacon at Denver Beacon, usually over coffee in a public place. Meetings are informal conversations. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or mental health care.
In an emergency
This tool is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988.
Who can book
You must be 18 or older to book a meeting, and you confirm this when you book. Please give accurate contact details so your leader can reach you.
Changes and cancellations
You or your leader may cancel or reschedule a meeting. We will email the other person when that happens. Please cancel using the link in your email if you can’t come.
Using the tool fairly
Please don’t book under a false name, book meetings you don’t intend to attend, or try to disrupt or misuse the tool. We may cancel bookings or block access if this happens.
Availability
We do our best to keep the tool running and the times accurate, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. Times are shown in Mountain Time.
Your information
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
