Denver Beacon (“we”) runs an online tool that lets people schedule a meeting with a pastor, elder or women deacon. This page explains what the tool collects and how it is used.
What we collect
When you book a meeting, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the topic you choose, and any note you choose to add. We also record that you confirmed you are 18 or older. Leaders and administrators who sign in to manage meetings sign in with a Google account, and we receive only the name and email address of that account.
How we use it
We use this information only to schedule your meeting, send you a confirmation and reminders, and let you cancel or change the meeting. Your leader may use your phone number or email to contact you about the meeting.
Who can see it
Only the leader you are meeting with and the church administrators who manage this tool can see your details. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Services we use
We use trusted providers to run the tool: Supabase (data storage), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google (sign-in for leaders and administrators). They process data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Your meeting details are deleted automatically 90 days after the meeting date.
Your choices
You can cancel or reschedule your meeting at any time using the link in your confirmation email. To ask us to delete your information sooner, contact us.
